All deliveries are shipped with insurance and a signature is required upon receipt. The delivery times stated only reflect the transit time and do not include the order processing time.
- How do you determine the way my order will be shipped?
We will determine the best method of shipping depending on product and need. Once order is shipped we will provide a tracking number for your reference.
- How do you determine shipping costs?
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, value. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
- Can shipping be expedited?
Sure, we just ask that you pay the additional shipping fees and we will ship as you wish.

- Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
- One of a Kind Unique Pieces:
You are taking a chance of these items selling in our stores. We keep the website updated and have a gallery of our sold pieces. Should an item happen to sell in the store prior to your purchase; We will refund all monies in full with-in 12-24 hours.
